About Roll & Hill 

Roll & Hill, a New York based company, is opening a second 63,000 SF location in Grand Rapids using a $300,000 job creation grant from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC).  Known for creating exceptional furnishings using some of the most exciting independent designers, Roll & Hill uses on-demand production to hand-craft each piece to a client’s needs.  Pieces are made using a rich material palette that includes brass, bronze, leather, wood, hand-knotted rope and mouth-blown glass.

Roll & Hill's new Valduga Drive located was developed by Vision Real Estate Investment in partnership with CarbonSix Construction.

Rick Hapner - Bio
Rick leads all aspects of Vision's development and brokerage which includes acquisition, site plan design, architectural design, project viability, leasing and project management. In addition to development and brokerage he is the asset manager for the Vision Real Estate portfolio. He has over 16 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Over the last four years Vision has developed from the ground up over 500,000 square feet of industrial real estate in the West Michigan area.

Tyler Mikulenas - Bio
Tyler is the Director of Field Services at Carbon Six Construction. He has been in the commercial construction industry for nearly 16 years. Starting young in his career in the field, Tyler quickly took on any training needed to grow his skills in all aspects of commercial construction. As a superintendent, Tyler ensures that the project moves along as smooth as possible, working alongside subcontractors and vendors to create a quality project on budget, on time and in a safe manner. His experience and knowledge allows him to team up with contractors to achieve creative solutions quickly to compete with project schedules. In his newest role, Tyler oversees all aspects of Carbon Six Construction's field services.
